Terms of Use
Last updated: 30 October 2026
These terms apply to your use of the website worqora.in and to demo requests made through it. Use of the WorQora application (app.worqora.in) by paying customers is covered by the subscription agreement or order form signed with each customer. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.
1. Using this website
- You may use the website to learn about WorQora, try the sample payroll demo and contact us.
- Do not misuse the website: no attempts to break in, overload it, scrape it at scale, or submit false or spam requests.
2. The payroll demo and calculators
The interactive payroll demo, loss calculator and downloadable sample files use fictional data and simplified assumptions. They show how WorQora works. They are not legal, tax, payroll or financial advice. Statutory rates, ceilings and formats (EPF, ESIC, minimum wages, registers) change from time to time and can differ by state. Please check results with your accountant or compliance adviser before relying on them.
Savings figures on this website come from a specific customer's results or from estimates. Your results will depend on your sites, workforce and processes.
3. Plans and prices
Prices shown on the website are in Indian rupees and are indicative. The final price, taxes, billing period and service terms are set out in your order form or subscription agreement.
4. Intellectual property
The WorQora name, logo, website content and software belong to WorQora. You may not copy or reuse them except as allowed by law or with our written permission.
5. Third-party links
The website links to other services such as WhatsApp. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
6. Liability
The website is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, WorQora is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website, the demo or the sample files.
7. Privacy
How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
